appellant.

Mr. G. Ravi Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel for respondent No.1.
Mr. T.Srikanth Reddy, learned Government Pleader for
Revenue for respondent Nos. 2 to 6.
2. This intra court appeal has been filed by the appellant/
3rd party against the order dated 12.09.2023 by which W.P.No.8591
of 2017 filed by the writ petitioner has been disposed of with a
direction to the respondents therein not to proceed either with
dispossession or demolition of the structures raised by the
petitioner on the subject land, except in accordance with law.
3. We have heard learned counsel for the parties at length.

4. The appellant claims to be owner of the land measuring
Acs. 0-27 Gts., in Sy.No.40 of Khammam City (Bokkalagadda
Area), Khammam Urban Mandal of Khammam District.
5. The appellant intends to invoke the provisions of Section
83 of the Telangana Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions
and Endowments Act, 1987. It is therefore clarified that the order
passed by the learned Single Judge was not a direction coming in
the way of appellant to seek the remedies available to it under the
law.
6. With the aforesaid clarification, the writ appeal is disposed
of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand
closed.
