THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER
AND
THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE M.G.PRIYADARSINI
I.A.No.1 of 2022 IN/AND C.M.A.No.443 OF 2022
AND
I.A.No.2 of 2022 IN/AND C.M.A.No.464 OF 2022
COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Dr.SA,J)
I.A.No.1 of 2022 in C.M.A.No.443 of 2022 is filed by the
petitioners/appellants seeking to condone the delay of 89 days
caused in filing the appeal.
2. I.A.No.2 of 2022 in C.M.A.No.464 of 2022 is filed by the
petitioners/appellants seeking to condone the delay of 100 days
caused in filing the appeal.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the respondent in both the
appeals and perused the record.
4. On 28.11.2022, as there was no representation for the
appellants in C.M.A.No.443 of 2022, the matter was directed to
be listed today along with C.M.A.No.464 of 2022. The parties in
both the appeals are similar. Today also, there is no
representation for the appellants. It appears that the
appellants have no interest to pursue the appeals.
5. Under these circumstances, I.A.No.1 of 2022 in
C.M.A.No.443 of 2022 and I.A.No.2 of 2022 in C.M.A.No.464 of
2022 are dismissed for default. Consequently, C.M.A.Nos.443
and 464 of 2022 stand dismissed.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these appeals
shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
