     CONTEMPT CASE Nos.876, 877 and 1133 of 2010

COMMON ORDER:

      Alleging   violation   of   the   common   order   dated

26.11.2002 passed by this Court in Writ Petition Nos.13657,

19720 and 26058 of 2000, the present Contempt Cases have

been filed.

      Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on

record a copy of the common judgment dated 26.06.2014, by

which, the Division Bench of the combined High Court has

allowed W.A.Nos.673, 773 and 1212 of 2003 along with

W.A.No.1213 of 2003 filed by the Power Distribution

Company of the respondents, against the common order dated

26.11.2002 passed by this Court in Writ Petition Nos.13657,

19720 and 26058 of 2000 and order dated 12.08.2002 in Writ

Petition No.12952 of 2000.

Having regard to the above, these Contempt Cases are

closed.
