JUDGMENT:

Heard Mr. G. Bhaskar, learned counsel for the appellants.

2. This appeal is directed against the common order dated 20.11.2015

passed by the learned Single Judge disposing of Writ Petition Nos. 18682,

14261, 16093, 16375, 18504, 24381, 18423, 18444 of 2015 and 36454 of

2014.

3. All the writ petitions were filed questioning the proceedings dated

30.05.2015 issued by the Director of School Education and State Project

Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Hyderabad directing the District Project

Director not to re-engage the writ petitioners as Inclusive Education

Resource Teachers for the academic year 2015-16.

4. By the common order dated 20.11.2015 learned Single Judge set aside

the said proceedings and directed the authority to re-engage the writ

petitioners as Inclusive Education Resource Teachers for the academic year

2015-16 and to continue them in their respective place.

5. Against the aforesaid common order dated 20.11.2015 a number of

writ appeals came to be filed before this Court including Writ Appeal No. 98

of 2016 arising out of W.P. No. 18682 of 2015. By the common order dated

09.12.2021 a Division Bench of this Court disposed of all the writ appeals as

infructuous with liberty to the respective parties to ventilate their grievance,

if need be in future.

6. Considering the above, the present writ appeal is also disposed of as

infructuous with liberty as above.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
