JUDGMENT:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice T.Vinod Kumar)

This appeal, under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894

(for short, 'the Act'), is filed by the appellant/Land Acquisition Officer

against the order dt.17.12.2018 in L.A.O.P.No.487 of 2011 on the file

of the XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Motor Vehicles

Act, Ranga Reddy District, L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad.

2. However, in view of separate judgment passed by this Court

today, i.e. 28.03.2023, in L.A.A.S.No.114 of 2022, allowing the appeal,

filed by the claimant against the very same order, dt.17.12.2018,

passed in L.A.O.P.No.487 of 2011 by the XIII Additional District and

Sessions Judge, at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, this appeal

preferred by the Land Acquisition Officer, is hereby dismissed. Pending

miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this

final order. No order as to costs.
