COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan)
There is no representation on behalf of the appellant though
Ms. N.V.R.Rajyalakshmi, learned counsel representing Mr. Gadi
Praveen Kumar, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India for
respondents No.1 and 2 is present.
2. We find that on 21.02.2023, there was no representation on
behalf of the appellant for which the case was directed to be listed
on the next date under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 10.03.2023,
a submission was made that learned counsel for the appellant was
indisposed. Accordingly, the case was directed to be listed today
under the same caption.
3. Today, we find that there is no representation on behalf of
the appellant.
4. That being the position, Writ Appeal No.56 of 2023 as well
as I.A.No.1 of 2023 filed for condoning the delay of 42 days in ::2::
filing the related appeal, are dismissed for non-prosecution. No
costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand
closed.
