JUDGMENT:

This Second Appeal is filed by the appellant/defendant No.3

aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 12.04.2017 passed in A.S.No.23 of

2014 by the IV Additional District Judge, Siddipet, Medak District, confirming

the judgment and decree dated 28.04.2014 passed in O.S.No.154 of 2008 by

Principal Junior Civil Judge, Siddipet.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 28.02.2023, there was no

representation by learned counsel for appellant. The matter was posted to

16.03.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, though the

matter is posted under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation by

learned counsel for appellant.

3. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default, confirming the

judgment and decree dated 12.04.2017 passed in A.S.No.23 of 2014 by the IV

Additional District Judge, Siddipet, Medak District, confirming the judgment

and decree dated 28.04.2014 passed in O.S.No.154 of 2008 by Principal Junior

Civil Judge, Siddipet.
