JUDGMENT:

When the matter came up for hearing on 01.12.2022, the

learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the sole respondent

died. Since then, the matter underwent several adjournments for

taking necessary steps to bring on record the L.Rs. of deceased sole

respondent. So far, no such steps have been taken by the appellant.

Hence, the Appeal Suit stands dismissed as abated. No order as

to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand

dismissed.
