JUDGMENT:

When this matter had been listed on 22.02.2023, there

was no representation on either side and the matter was posted

to 28.02.2023. On that day there was no representation and

the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for

dismissal'. On 03.03.2023, there was no representation on

either side, and the matter was posted to 13.03.2023.

2. Today when the matter is coming up for hearing, there is

no representation on either side, though the matter was listed

under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. Therefore, the M.A.C.M.A is dismissed for non-

prosecution. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed.
