THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.VENKATESHWARA REDDY
                APPEAL SUIT No.10 of 2016

JUDGMENT:

Heard learned counsel for the appellants. Perused the

memo dated 27.02.2023 stating that since the matter is settled

outside the Court, the appellant may be permitted to withdraw

the matter. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement

to that effect on the grounds of appeal. Therefore, while

recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the

appellants, considering the withdrawal memo dated 27.02.2023

and the endorsement made on the grounds of appeal, this

Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. However, in the

circumstances of the case, there shall be no orders as to the

costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending,

shall stands closed.
