                   SECOND APPEAL No.390 of 2019

JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the appellants against the judgment dated

06.06.2018 passed in A.S. No.80 of 2017 by the learned

II Additional District & Sessions Judge, (FTC), Mancherial, confirming the

judgment dated 30.12.2013 passed in O.S. No.978 of 2005 by the learned

Principal Junior Civil Judge, Mancherial.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 27.02.2023, there

was no representation by the learned counsel for the appellants as well as

learned counsel for the respondents. Hence, the matter was directed to be

posted to 09.03.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also,

though the matter is posted for dismissal, there is no representation by the

learned counsel for the appellants.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents is present.

4. Hence, the second appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
