     THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK

               M.A.C.MA. No.3577 of 2008

JUDGMENT:

The learned counsel Smt. Nikita represented on

behalf of Mr.R.Vinod Reddy and sought permission to

withdraw the MACMA stating that a letter to that extent

was also submitted before the Registry.

Accordingly permission is granted.

In view of the above, this appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. There is no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this

MACMA shall stand closed.
