JUDGMENT:

When this matter was listed on 20.02.2023 under the

caption 'for Orders', as there was no representation for the

appellants, the matter was directed to be listed under the

caption 'for dismissal' on 02.03.2023.

2. Though the matter is coming up under the caption 'for

dismissal', today also there is no representation for the

appellants.

3. Therefore, the M.A.C.M.A is dismissed for non-

prosecution. No order as to costs.

closed.
