              WRIT PETITION (TR) No. 1528 of 2017

ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.V.Rama

Rao, learned Special Government Pleader for Home appearing for

respondents. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition

(TR) is being taken up for disposal.

2. This Writ Petition (TR) is filed to call for the records relating

to and connected with the impugned orders passed by the 4th

respondent in Proc.C.No.37/RI/HG/ADD/2013, dated Nil October,

2013 and set aside the same as illegal, arbitrary and consequently to

direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service

forthwith all consequential benefits.

3. Today, when the matter has been taken up for hearing,

learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in

the present Writ Petition(TR) is squarely covered by the judgment

rendered by this Court in W.P.No.35460 of 2013 and batch, dated

08.06.2018.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader for Home appearing for

respondents, has not disputed the same.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on

either side, this Writ Petition(TR) is disposed of, directing the

respondents authorities to consider the case of the petitioner in

terms of the order passed by the Division Bench in WP No.35460 of

2013 and batch, dated 08.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders in

accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within

a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this

order, after giving a fair opportunity of hearing to the petitioner

and communicate the same to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition (TR) is disposed of.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No

order as to costs.
