JUDGMENT:

On 26.06.2022, before the Lok Adalath, the Insurance

Company has stated that they want to withdraw the appeal.

Accordingly an award was passed on 26.06.2022.

Recording the same, the M.A.C.M.A is dismissed as

withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand

closed.
