THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.VENKATESHWARA REDDY
               APPEAL SUIT No. 706 of 2019

JUDGMENT:

Heard Sri.V.Srikantha Rao, learned counsel for the

appellants. On instructions, it is submitted that matter is

settled outside the Court and he may be permitted to withdraw

the Appeal Suit. Accordingly, he made an endorsement on the

grounds of the Appeal to that effect. Therefore, while recording

the submissions of the learned counsel and considering the

endorsement made on the grounds of Appeal, this Appeal Suit is

dismissed as withdrawn.

However, in the circumstances of the case, there shall be

no orders as to the costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous

applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
