JUDGMENT :

Learned counsel for the appellant has informed the

Court that the matter between the parties was settled

outside the Court. Thereby, sought permission to

withdraw the appeal.

2. Recording the said submission made by learned

counsel for the appellant, permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn.
