Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ and quash the judgment and decree of the 1st respondent in LGC No.178/1997 dated 15-02-2006 and grant such other relief as it deems fit in the circumstances of the case.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein and the High Court order dated 20.03.2006 made in WPMP No.6856 of 2006 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V. Venkata Ramana, Advocate for the Petitioners, the Govt. Pleader for Revenue for Respondent No.1 and of Sri M.V. Durga Prasad, Advocate for Respondent No.2.

Interim order dated 20-03-2006 is made absolute to last till the disposal of the writ petition subject to the condition that the petitioners shall not, in any manner, after the present status of the property. This would necessarily mean that they shall not be entitled to alienate the property or raise any construction over it."
