                 APPEAL SUIT No. 287 of 2021

JUDGMENT:

Heard learned counsel for the appellants. On

instructions, it is submitted that matter is settled outside the

Court. Therefore, while recording the submissions and

considering the endorsement made on the grounds of Appeal to

that effect, this Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, in the circumstances of the case, there shall be

no orders as to the costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous

applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
