JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr. Justice Chillakur Sumalatha)

Challenge in this Appeal is the order that is rendered by

the Additional Family Court, Hyderabad, in O.P.No.

799 of 2006, dated 15.12.2011.

2. Sri Sai Charan, learned counsel, representing

Sri K.Sarvabhouma Rao, learned counsel on record for the

appellant, states that the Appeal has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the Family Court Appeal

is dismissed. No order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any,

shall stand closed.
