         CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.333 of 2010

ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the Order

dated 09.07.2009 in D.V.C.No.8 of 2007 passed by the learned

VII-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Red Hills,

Hyderabad which was confirmed by the learned V-Additional

Metropolitan Sessions Judge, (Mahila Court), Red Hills,

Hyderabad in Crl.A.No.256 of 2009 dated 11.12.2009.

2. Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned

Counsel for the petitioner stated that the subject matter is

settled between the parties and they are also residing together.

Hence this Criminal Revision Case can be closed.

3. Perusal of the record shows that D.V.C.No.8 of 2007 was

filed by the wife against husband and the same was allowed,

against which appeal was preferred and the appeal was

dismissed confirming the Order of the trial Court. Against the

said Judgment the present Criminal Revision is preferred.

4. During the pendency of the revision case the subject

matter is settled in between the parties. As the matter is settled

there is no cause of action survives for further adjudication.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand

closed.
