             THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.LAXMAN

        CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.612 of 2019

JUDGMENT:

1. The present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been directed

against the Order dated 07.03.2019 in I.A.No.3447 of 2017 in

O.S.No.695 of 2017 on the file of the Court of learned Chief

Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad pending suit.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. It is represented that the Suit viz., O.S.No.695 of 2017 is

dismissed as not pressed by Order dated 06.12.2022. Since, the

suit itself is dismissed, the present Appeal becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as

infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
