JUDGMENT:

When the matter came up for hearing on 10.11.2010, none appeared on behalf of the appellant. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal. Even today, when the matter is called, no body has appeared on behalf of the appellant nor is there any

representation on its behalf. It seems that the appellant is not interested in

prosecuting the matter.

Hence, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to

costs.
