                 APPEAL SUIT NO.603 OF 2019

JUDGMENT:

Heard learned counsel on behalf of the appellant.

Perused the record. It is submitted by the learned counsel that

he has given a letter in the Registry, with a request to list the

matter under the caption for "withdrawal".

2. As per the records on 04.01.2023, court slip was also

obtained stating that the appellant intends to withdraw the

Appeal Suit. On instructions, learned counsel for the appellant

has also endorsed to that effect on the grounds of appeal.

Accordingly, this Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn

confirming the judgments and decree of the trail Court in its

entirety. No costs.

3. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no

order as to the costs.

4. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall

stands closed.
