        CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.124 of 2008

JUDGMENT:

1. There was no representation on behalf of the appellants on

04.01.2023. Hence, this Court directed to list the matter on

05.01.2023 under the caption, "for dismissal". Today i.e., on

05.01.2023, there is no representation on behalf of the

appellants, despite the matter being listed under the caption, "for

dismissal".

2. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for

non-prosecution. No costs.
