CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.246 of 2020
JUDGMENT :
When this matter was listed on 04.01.2023, as there was
no representation for the revision petitioner in the forenoon or
in the afternoon, the matter was directed to be listed under the
caption 'for dismissal' today. However, there is no
representation on either side though the matter is listed under
the caption 'for dismissal'.
2. When the matter came up on 04.01.2023, the learned
counsel for the respondent stated that present revision is filed
against M.P.SR.No.14750 of 2019 in M.C No.88 of 2015 and the
said M.C was dismissed by the Hon'ble Principal Family Court,
Secunderabad on 09.01.2022. Copy of the orders in M.C is also
placed before this Court. Therefore, nothing remains to be
adjudicated in the revision case.
3. Taking into consideration that the main M.C was
dismissed on 09.01.2022, the criminal revision case is
dismissed as infructuous.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand
closed.
