          CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.576 of 2007

JUDGMENT:

1. This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filled challenging the

award dated 25.03.2005 in O.P.No.2283 of 2003, on the file of the

learned XIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court (Fast Track

Court), Hyderabad.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant stated that the

appellant Company went into liquidation and it is wound up in the

year 2014 and an official liquidator was appointed. However, no

steps have been taken so far to get the liquidator on record to

continue the proceedings. It is stated that the learned counsel on

record already addressed a letter to the liquidator, but there was

no response. In the said circumstances, this Court does not find

any reason to continue the appeal.

3. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petition pending, if any, shall stand closed.
