JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the appellant against the decree and judgment

dated 19.11.2007 passed in MV.O.P.No.2673 of 2004 by the Motor Accidents

Claims Tribunal-cum-XIV Additional Chief Judge(FTC), City Civil Court,

Hyderabad.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 03.02.2023 there was no

representation by the learned counsel for the appellant. Hence, this matter

was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Even, today also,

though the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal" there is no

representation by the learned counsel for the appellant. It seems that the

appellant has no interest to pursue the appeal.

3. Under these circumstances, this MACMA is dismissed for default.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending shall stand

closed.
