JUDGMENT:

Though the matter is listed under the caption 'for

dismissal' today, none appeared for the appellant and this

court has no option except to dismiss the case, as

previously on several occasions also there is no

representation on behalf of appellant.

Hence this appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.

There is no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this

MACMA shall stand closed.
