THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER
CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.134 OF 2020
JUDGMENT:
This revision is filed by the petitioner-Husband
challenging the order dt.26.08.2019 of the Judge, Family
Court-cum-III Additional District and Sessions Judge,
Warangal in M.C.No.131 of 2017, whereby the learned
Sessions Judge allowed the petition filed by the 2nd
respondent herein-wife and directed the petitioner herein-
husband to pay monthly maintenance of Rs.10,000/- from
the date of order and interim maintenance of Rs.5,000/-
from the date of filing the petition.
2. Heard. Perused the record.
3. On the basis of evidence adduced, the Court below
deemed it appropriate to grant maintenance. As such, I do
not find any error or irregularity in the said order passed,
for which reason, the petition filed seeking intervention of
this Court to set aside the maintenance cannot be
entertained.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
In the event of any changed circumstances, the petitioner is
at liberty to move the concerned Court.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand
closed.
