(GHMC) representing the appellants.


      2.    This appeal is directed against the order dated

01.12.2022 passed in Writ Petition No.43037 of 2022 filed

by the 1st respondent.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for the appellants

fairly submits that issue raised in this appeal is identical to

the one raised in Writ Appeal No.155 of 2023 which was

dismissed on 03.02.2023.

4. Following the order passed in Writ Appeal

No.155 of 2023 dated 03.02.2023, the present Writ Appeal 2 HCJ & NTRJ W.A.No.166 of 2023

is also dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to

costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications

pending, if any, in this Writ Appeal, shall stand closed.
