JUDGMENT:

The matter underwent several adjournments for non-

representation on behalf of the appellant. Even today,

although the matter is listed under the caption 'for orders',

there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It is

presumed that the appellant is not interested to proceed

with the appeal.

Hence, the appeal stands dismissed for non-

prosecution. No order as to costs.

dismissed.
