JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the lis in

the appeal does not survive for adjudication as the parties have

already settled the dispute amicably out of Court.

In view of the settlement of the dispute between the parties,

the appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

closed.
