                 WRIT APPEAL No.359 OF 2023

JUDGMENT: (per AKS,J)

      Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this

Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal with a liberty to the appellant to

file review petition before the learned Single Judge seeking review of

the impugned order, dated 31.01.2023, passed in W.P.No.6930 of

2020, in view of the fact that the downloaded copy of B.Sc.

examination results of the appellant is available with the appellant

and admittedly, the appellant has not produced the same before the

learned Single Judge, while adjudicating the subject Writ Petition.


2.    Permission is accorded.


3.    Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn.     It is made clear that the interim order, dated

03.04.2023

, passed by this Court shall continue for a period of

one (1) week from today, so as to enable the appellant to file review

petition. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Appeal

shall stand closed.
