THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.VENKATESHWARA REDDY
                APPEAL SUIT No. 6 of 2023

JUDGMENT:

Heard learned counsel on behalf of the appellants. On

instructions, learned counsel for the appellants made an

endorsement on the grounds of appeal to the effect that the

matter is amicably settled outside the Court and the appellant

is not pressing the appeal. While recording the submissions

and considering the endorsement, this Appeal Suit is dismissed

as not pressed. However, in the circumstances of the case, there

shall be no orders as to the costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous

applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
