JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan)

Mr. Malugari Sudharshan, learned Government

Pleader for Forests appearing for the appellants submits

that due to inadvertence, there is non-rejoinder of

necessary parties. He seeks leave to withdraw the appeal

with liberty to file afresh.

2. Writ Appeal is accordingly dismissed on

withdrawal with liberty as prayed for. However, there shall

be no order as to costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications

pending, if any, in this Writ Appeal, shall stand closed.
