JUDGMENT:    (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)


     Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 Corporation

has stated before this Court that the workman in question

is continuing in service and he has also been paid 25% of

the back wages and no further orders are required to be

passed in the present writ appeal.

In the light of the aforesaid, the present writ appeal

stands disposed of.

The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall

stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
