                        CMA No.72 of 2021

JUDGMENT :

1. Sri N.Mohan Krishna, learned counsel for the appellant

submitted that the dispute is settled before the Lok Adalat.

2. Recording the above submission and in view of the

settlement before the Lok Adalat, this appeal is disposed of in

terms of the Lok Adalat Award dated 11.12.2021. There shall be

no order as to costs.

3. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed.
