Sri Kiran Palakurthi, learned counsel for the appellant,

filed a letter, dated 28.06.2022, before the Registry seeking

permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal on the ground

that the parties have compromised the subject matter of the

appeal.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
