JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed by the appellant-Insurance Company
against the respondents seeking to set aside the Award, dated
26.04.2007, passed in O.P.No.1717 of 2004 by the learned X
Additional Chief Judge (Fast Track Court), City Civil Court,
Hyderabad, wherein, the Court below granted compensation of
Rs.1,05,250/- in favour of the respondent No.1-claimant.
2. Heard. Perused the record.
3. At request of learned counsel for the parties, this
Court vide order, dated 10.03.2022, has referred the appeal to Lok
Adalat. On 12.03.2022, the matter was settled before the Lok
Adalat and an Award was passed to that effect.
4. In view of the above said Award, the appeal is
disposed of. Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the Award,
dated 12.03.2022 passed by the Lok Adalat to this order.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall
stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
