CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.938 OF 2005

JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Dr.SA,J)

On 25.04.2022, as there was no representation for both

sides, the matter was directed to be listed today under the

caption 'for orders'. Even today, there is no representation for

the appellant. It appears that the appellant has no interest to

pursue the matter.

2. Under these circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for

default.
