             CONTEMPT APPEAL Nos.17 and 18 of 2019

COMMON JUDGMENT:        (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)




      This Court by an order dated 03.01.2022 has set aside

the interim order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.26136

of 2018 with a request to the leaned Single Judge to decide

the writ petition itself on merits and therefore, without

commenting upon the factum of possession/dispossession

and resettlement entitlements, the contempt appeals stand

disposed of and the order passed by the learned Single Judge

in C.C.No.203 of 2019 is set aside with a request to the

learned Single Judge to decide W.P.No.26136 of 2018 at an

early date.      It is made clear that this Court has not

commented upon the merits of the case and in case, the

learned Single Judge arrives at a conclusion that some order

of the Court was violated, he shall be free to take appropriate

action in accordance with law.

      Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
