CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.231 OF 2017

JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J)

Heard. Perused the record.

2. A perusal of the online case status of the subject Suit in

O.S.No.71 of 2016 placed before this Court by the Registry reveals that

the subject Suit was disposed of on 23.02.2022.

3. Under these circumstances, the cause in this appeal does not

survive for adjudication.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as

infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
