ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief:-

"...Writ of Mandamus declare the petitioner is entitled to be posted in Jagityal District (Erstwhile Karimangar) under preferential Category of Widow as per the Judgment of this Hon'ble Court of WP.No.9798 of 2022, Dated 23-02-2022 & WP.No.27722 of 2022, Dated 01-07-2022 to her parent District i.e. Jagityal District with all consequential benefits Without reference of her allocation order as per G.O.Ms.No.14 School Education Dated 20-06-2022 as per the above Judgment of Widows and pass..."

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted

by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the

present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated

01.07.2022 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in

W.P.No.27722 of 2022 and the same is not disputed by the

learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for

respondent Nos.1 to 5.

3. In view of the same and for reasons alike, this Writ

Petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 01.07.2022

passed in W.P.No.27722 of 2022 directing the respondents to

consider the case of the petitioner as per the directions issued in the above case within a period of four weeks from the date

of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The office is directed to append a copy of the order

dated 01.07.2022 passed in W.P.No.27722 of 2022 to this

Writ Petition.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ

Petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
