JUDGMENT:

On 26.04.2022, none appeared and there was no

representation on behalf of the appellants. On 27.04.2022

also, none appeared and there was no representation on

behalf of the appellants. Hence, the matter was directed to

be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Today, when the

matter is taken up for hearing, none appears and no

representation is made on behalf of the appellants. It seems

the appellants are not interested in pursuing the matter.

Hence, the Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
