JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
The present writ appeal is arising out of the interim order
dated 24.01.2013 passed by the learned Single Judge in
W.P.No.39380 of 2012.
The writ petition was filed in the year 2013. The fact
remains that no interim order was granted in the matter and
the writ petition is still pending.
Therefore, the present writ appeal stands disposed of with
a request to the learned Single Judge to decide the writ petition
at an early date. Office is directed to list W.P.No.39380 of 2012
before the learned Single Judge having roster on 25.04.2022 on
which date the parties shall appear before the learned Single
Judge.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand
closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
