JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)

        On 17.12.2021, there was no appearance and the case

was adjourned by way of last indulgence. Today also, there is no

appearance on either side.

        Therefore, the present writ appeal is dismissed for want of

prosecution.

        Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
