JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
The present appeal is arising out of Order dated 10.02.2009,
passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.518 of 2008.
Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1, 6 and 7 (plaintiffs) is
fair enough in stating that the present appeal be disposed with a
liberty to the plaintiffs to file an appropriate application for grant
of injunction in the pending civil proceedings and for a period of
thirty days, parties be directed to maintain status quo.
Learned counsel for the State Government is fair enough in
accepting the aforesaid prayer.
Therefore, status quo will continue for a period of thirty days
from today and the plaintiffs shall be free to move appropriate
application for grant of injunction in the pending civil proceedings.
With the aforesaid, the Writ Appeal stands disposed of.
No costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand
disposed of.
