Common Judgment:

1.    These three Second Appeals are filed aggrieved by three

separate Judgments and Decrees dated 17-11-2017, passed by the

VI Additional District Judge, Siddipet, in A.S.Nos.28, 30 and 31 of

2014, confirming the judgments and decrees dated 04.06.2013 passed

by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Siddipet, in O.S.Nos.181, 180 and

179 of 2004.


2.    Since the issue involved in all the three appeals is same, they are

being disposed of together with the consent of the parties.


3.    Heard learned counsel for the appellants and perused the

material on record.


4.    The suits were filed for recovery of a sum of Rs.60,000/- each

with interest @ 12% p.a., from the date of suit till realization and the

same were decreed. Aggrieved thereby, the appeal suits were filed by

the appellants herein and the lower appellate Court has confirmed the

judgments and decrees of the trial Court. These appeals are directed

against the concurrent findings of the Courts below.


5.          I have gone through the impugned judgments of both the

Courts below. Both the Courts below have observed that mere denial

of signatures on the promissory notes is not sufficient and the

appellants ought to have taken steps to send the same for expert

opinion and rightly believed the execution of the promissory notes

and receipt of consideration thereunder by the appellants. Hence, I do

not see any reason to interfere with the said findings of fact.

Therefore, no questions of law, much less substantial questions of law

arise for consideration in these Second Appeals.


6.    Therefore, these Second Appeals are dismissed.


7.    As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand

disposed of.
