Common Judgment:

1.      This Appeal is filed against Order dated 23.02.2016, passed by

the I Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad in O.S.No.1084 of

2012.


2.      I.A.No.1 of 2021 has been filed to record the terms of

compromise entered between the parties vide Memorandum of

Compromise dated 30.03.2021, annexed thereto.

3.      Today, when the matter is taken up, both the parties are

personally present. They have produced their Aadhar Cards in proof of

their identity. They have also been identified by their respective counsels.

Both the parties have stated before this Court that on the advice of the

elders, they had settled the dispute among themselves and all of them

agreed that out of their own free will and volition, they entered into a

compromise, which was reduced into writing.

4.      In these circumstances, I.A.No.1 of 2021 is allowed and the

Memorandum of Compromise annexed thereto is taken on record.

5.      The Appeal is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of compromise.

        Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
